Arburg A370 and MultiLift
|
With another injection molding machine from the manufacturer ARBURG, TEUFEL Prototypen completes the cross-model production availability with high-end injection molding machines from Germany and fully automatic handling systems. Shortly before Christmas 2024, another new ARBURG A370 injection molding machine with a fully automatic MultiLift handling system was put into operation at TEUFEL Prototypen. In addition to the A470 and A270 series already established in production, the A370 series fits harmoniously into the machine park. With our ARBURG machine types A270, A370, and A470, continuous, fully automatic production of small series with a clamping force of 35 to 100 tons is now possible. This means we can produce high-end plastic parts for our customers quickly and efficiently around the clock. In addition to the ARBURG injection molding machines, we also use injection molding machines from the manufacturers Dr Boy and ENGEL for sample part and small series production in our production. |

That's why Teufel Prototypen has been trimming its energy and material consumption for sustainability since 2008. As a result of these measures, we are also the first company in Germany to start its AM productionswitched to the PA2200CarbonReduced material from EOS. TEUFEL receives sustainability award from EOS “Creating the future” doesn’t just mean supporting our customers in developing innovative products. It also means taking responsibility for the environment and the people in the region in which we live. That’s why Teufel Prototypen has been recording its energy and material consumption since 2008 Sustainability trimmed. As a result of these measures, we are also the first company in Germany to switch its AM production to the "PA2200 CarbonReduced Material" from EOS. We were honored today for this pioneering act. CarbonReduced SLS polymer at TEUFEL Prototypen

With immediate effect, TEUFEL Prototypes is using a special climate-friendly polymer "PA CarbonReduced" for SLS applications. The new "CarbonReduced PA white" has a greatly improved climate effect and, in accordance with the TEUFEL prototype sustainability guideline, contributes to the reduction of CO2 in our production process. By using renewable energies, the CO2 footprint in the production of SLS parts from our "PA white CarbonReduced" is almost 45% lower than with conventional PA. This also has no influence on the high quality and material composition. Send us your request ! |

PA2210FR - SLS material with fire protection class V-0
As the only manufacturer to date, TEUFEL is now offering prototypes of laser sintered parts (SLS parts) in high-quality resolution and UL94 fire protection class V-0. Our laser sinter parts made of the EOS material PA2210FR have the absolute finest EOS FORMIGA quality and are produced with a vertical layer thickness of 0.12mm. Another advantage of our new SLS material: It is halogen-free, blue-card certified and corresponds to FAR 25.853, so it is also suitable for electrical engineering and aerospace. |
